What to expect
When you apply for a role at Protiviti, we want you to feel empowered and informed every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect from the recruitment process:
Step 1: Online application with our Partner Robert Half International
Click the link to the application process and follow the instructions to provide all of the information that is needed. We are keen to learn as much as we can about you so would encourage you to include all relevant details in your application. We’ll be asking you to answer a few questions in your application that will help us understand more about you and why you are interested in a career at Protiviti. Please note students must be UK citizens or permanent residents to apply.
Step 2: Telephone and Video interviews
Once we receive your application, your responses will be assessed and if successful, you will then be invited to participate in telephone and video interviews with our partners Robert Half. This will help us get to know you better and our colleagues at Robert Half will be happy to answer any questions you might have about Protiviti.
Step 3: Assessment centre
After your telephone and video interviews, successful candidates will be invited to participate in our assessment centre which will be conducted virtually.
You’ll get to meet our UK Country Management Lead (CML who is equivalent to a UK Manager Director) and the day will comprise of 3 assessments:
The day will also compromise of a Q&A session where you’ll meet and hear from various people working at Protiviti.
Step 4: Final panel interview
If you are successful following the assessment centre, you will be invited back to the final stage of the process for a panel interview with two senior stakeholders and a member of the people and culture team. You will be provided with plenty of notice to prepare and you will be given a topic for your presentation. This final stage will be held at our offices in The Shard where we will be delighted to be able to meet you in-person.
Step 5: Offers made
If you are successful at this stage, congratulations! Graduate Offers will be made to you in writing within 2 weeks of your panel interview.
